What does Akary Studio do?
Akary Studio is a real estate video editing studio working with clients worldwide. We edit footage supplied by videographers, real estate agents and agencies into cinematic listing reels and listing films, in vertical and horizontal formats.
Can I try you before committing?
Yes. Your first edit is free: one reel of up to 30 seconds, from up to 10 minutes of footage, delivered within 48 hours with a small Akary Studio credit. Send us a business email or website and the listing link so we can confirm you're an agent, videographer or agency. If you like it, we talk about working together, and you get the clean version. One free edit per business.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Two. Speed: First cut within 24 hours of receiving your complete footage and brief, or that video is free. Satisfaction: Review a watermarked preview first. Don't love your first video? You don't pay. Clean, full-quality files are delivered once you approve and pay. The satisfaction guarantee applies to your first paid video.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
We invoice through Stripe or PayPal, which protect both sides. For single videos, you review a watermarked preview, approve it, pay, and then receive the clean full-quality files. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.
Do you film properties?
No. We only edit. You or your videographer film the property and send us the footage. Many of our clients are videographers who use us as their editing team.
How fast is delivery?
Your first cut arrives within 24 hours of us receiving your complete footage and brief, or that video is free. Final delivery depends on the changes you request: if you approve the first cut, it is final. For Enterprise clients, the delivery schedule is agreed per project.
What about time zones?
The 24-hour clock starts when your footage and brief arrive, wherever you are. Most clients send footage at the end of their day and have the first cut waiting the next morning.
How much does it cost?
Single videos cost $100 for a Basic edit, $130 with kinetic titles, $150 with an AI / VFX shot, and from $250 for a Luxury edit with everything included. Monthly plans cost $525 for 5 videos (Solo), $900 for 10 (Agent), $1,700 for 20 (Team) and $2,400 for 30 (Studio). Over 30 a month, Enterprise is priced on request.
Which plan should I choose?
An agent with a listing now and then should order per video. A solo agent posting every week fits Solo 5. An active agent or top producer fits Agent 10. An agent team fits Team 20. A videographer shooting 3 to 4 homes a week fits Team 20, and 5 or more a week fits Studio 30. Agencies, brokerages and developers needing more than 30 a month fit Enterprise.
What if I need a number in between, like 15 or 24 videos?
Choose the plan below your number and add extra videos at that plan's per-video rate. For example, 15 videos is Agent 10 plus 5 extra at $90, and 24 videos is Team 20 plus 4 extra at $85. If the next plan up is cheaper, we will tell you.
How do monthly plans work?
You choose Solo 5, Agent 10, Team 20 or Studio 30. Luxury videos count as 2. Monthly clients get priority in the queue, kinetic titles when needed, up to 10 revisions per video, a saved brand look, and unused videos roll over for one month. We keep capacity limited so every first cut lands on time.
Can you edit under my brand as a videographer?
Yes. We work white-label: no Akary Studio branding on your videos, and we never contact your clients. You deliver the edits under your own name and set your own prices.
Do you have a referral program?
Refer an agent or videographer. When they place their first paid order, you get a free Basic edit ($100 value).
How many revisions do I get?
Basic and Kinetic edits include 1 revision round, AI edits include 2, and Luxury edits include 3. Monthly plans include up to 10 revision rounds per video, within the original brief.
How do I send my footage?
Upload your clips to Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer and send the link through our contact form, with notes on the style, length, format and where you will post the video.
Can you edit footage filmed on a phone?
Yes. Steady, well-lit phone footage edits well. Our filming and footage guide lists the shots to capture and how to move so the final video looks professional.
Which formats do you deliver?
Vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and horizontal 16:9 for YouTube, MLS and listing websites. Luxury edits include both versions.
Do you work with clients in my country?
Yes. We work fully remotely with agents, videographers and agencies worldwide. You send footage through a link, and your first cut arrives within 24 hours wherever you are. We have edited 200+ properties, including Villa Spectre, a $65M listing.
